This moment better pass...

I'm having one of those awful moments where I just want to shut myself away from everyone. More than ever, right now, I want to be at home. I know that it isn't far off but I need to find something to pull me out of the horrendously crap mood I'm finding myself in.

It doesn't help that in my room, one of my roommates appears to have been possessed by some sort of demon that enables her to talk incessantly at a level of decibels that I'm pretty sure is illegal to work under, let alone LIVE under, WITHOUT BREATHING! It's astonishing.

It also doesn't help that man with the most annoying laugh in the world has a friend who has the second most annoying laugh in the world are sitting downstairs on the couches.

*headdesk x million*

Trying to remember the good things that have happened this week.

On Sat, my Scottish roommate (who has now been replaced) and I went to the aquarium and found Nemo. And Dory. And a lot of sharks and a couple of dugongs. If you are unsure about what a dugong is, I suggest you google/wikipedia them. I also found out the difference between dugongs and manatees (the shape of their tail) and that the elephant is the dugongs closest living relative. Bizarre!

Also saw Inception with Laura on Tues night. It was awesome. I'm still confused about what happened... but it's a good confusion. I'm also a little scared to fall asleep incase Marion Cotillard starts stabbing or shooting me though. Anyone else notice that they used 'Je Non Regrette Rien' as the pre-kick music? Have to admit that I spazzed out when I heard it the first time. Not because of the tasteless use of it in the Specsavers advert, but because Marion Cotillard played, and won an Oscar for her portrayal of, Edith Piaf, who sang 'Je Non Regrette Rien'.

Okay, going to go. Emma's trying to convince me that wearing a flamenco dress is suitable for her wedding in October.

Don't worry about the bad mood, it's already passed :P

xx
